Donkey Republic’s journey in the Nordic markets is taking off and we are looking for someone to take it to the next level.
You will be joining a (kick-ass) international business development team, and work closely with our Chief Sales Officer, to help reach our growth targets in pivotal markets, including Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway.
We are 15,000+ bicycles large, serving 300,000+ customers across 70 cities and looking to scale across the globe.
The job offers the ambitious goal of positioning Donkey Republic as the partner of choice for bike-share operations in the Nordic markets, aiming at developing scalable and long-lasting local partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for an ambitious team player who thrives in an environment where we work towards shared goals. Someone who can push hard proactively, both individually and collectively.
Partners get access to our customer facing app, fleet management system, owner’s app, bikes, etc., and then run a bike share with our innovative world-leading solutions.
Your main responsibility will be:
Driving leads into long-term business relationships with municipalities, public transportation providers or other independent companies and campuses looking to partner with us in our journey to change the world, while adding value to existing strategic relations.
Develop and implement sales and PR strategy for the Nordic markets. Ensuring we hit our growth targets in terms of new partners and monthly recurring revenue in pivotal markets.
Participating in teleconferences, face-to-face meetings and attending international conferences.
Negotiating proposals and partnerships.
Working on tenders, public offerings and tender strategies.
The job will likely entail some traveling to cities in Europe such as Stockholm and Oslo.

We expect you to:

Have 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
Be structured and organized.
A strong communicator, written as well as oral.
Be good at building relationships and trust.
Love to interact with other people.
Have a good understanding of business fundamentals
Be value driven.
Be fluent in Danish (native level written and spoken).
Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
We would also like you to:
Have worked in transport / mobility industry before
Have worked with startups, or young and dynamic businesses before.
Want to change the world with bikes.
Be fluent in either Swedish, Finish or Norwegian (written and spoken)
