LIITA Care ApS offers a unique opportunity for qualified individuals who are genuinely interested in the pharmaceutical industry to join the LIITA team as an Administrative Assistant. LIITA is looking for a candidate who can support the company in the management of clinical research projects to strategize the execution of clinical trials using medical devices, targeting patients with respiratory challenges.

LIITA Care ApS is a MedTech start-up focused on respiratory health. We are committed to improving the quality of life for patients and healthy consumers by developing and manufacturing new and better therapies and medical devices for respiratory health management. Our product BREATHOX® is currently marketed in Northern Europe and we intend to expand our commercial activities throughout the coming years. We are currently focusing on investigating the clinical applications of BREATHOX® for COVID-19 patients.  

The position

You will be responsible for:

·         Development and implementation of an administrative plan to current clinical research projects at LIITA.

·         Preparation of communication material and presentations to external collaborators.

·         Supporting the Scientific Department in the organization of global coalitions to conduct clinical investigations by preparing required documents and assisting in strategic communication between parties. 

·         Coordination of an international group of researchers and coordinating inputs from scientific advisors.

·         Coordinate the execution of a multi-centric clinical trial.

The position will give you hands-on experience in a fast-growing MedTech company and you will be an important part of clinical research projects. The required tasks will take place at the LIITA office in inner-city Copenhagen.

Qualifications

We expect you are a master's student with an emphasis on Administrative Relations to Health Economy, Public Health, Pharmaceutical or Medical Affairs, or similar. It is important that you have a structured approach to your work, the ability to work independently, and solid experience with the MS Office suite. It will be an advantage if you have experience with trial management and developing company presentations and organizational plans. Knowledge of Portuguese / Chinese will be an advantage but not a requirement. You should have a genuine interest in working in the field of respiratory healthcare. Other relevant experience in the field is highly desirable, but it is not a requirement.

Details

Part-time, 15-20 hours per week, open-ended, with a flexible schedule. Possibility of full-time position after concluded studies.
