As our new digital marketing manager, you will have a unique opportunity to lead the B2B inbound marketing strategy. Working closely with the sales team, you will continuously optimize our B2B website and use data-driven strategies to convert website visitors into sale-qualified leads (SQL).
Together with our content creators, you will use your content marketing knowledge to make sure that we have enough high-value content to support our visitors across the entire buyer's funnel.
Your expertise in Google Analytics will be essential in making sure that B2B and B2C marketing campaigns deliver a high ROAS.

Support our go-to-market B2B strategy and establishing the processes and tools needed to execute it.
Defining and managing B2B marketing campaigns from start to finish (this includes market research, campaign monitoring and optimization, budget management, A/B testing, audience monitoring).
Creating and optimizing new landing pages for your marketing campaigns.
Measuring and optimizing the buyer’s funnel.
Working together with our sales and management team to translate technical features into benefits of the user.
Working together with our content producers to make sure that our user’s journey is filled with relevant content that drives conversions (this includes coordinating the production of blog posts, case studies, testimonials, newsletters, video, and social media content).
Creating marketing performance reports that accurately calculate ROAS of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
Setting up processes to constantly learn and optimize from the data coming in.
Have +3 years of relevant experience.
Understand the difference between the bottom-funnel and the top-funnel campaign.
Know the main characteristics of the converting landing page.
Have a large toolkit under your belt (especially Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Ahrefs).
Have experience with HubSpot CRM system (an advantage but not a requirement).
Preferably a T-shaped marketer (= a generalist with one or two areas you excel within).
Data-driven and know your way around metrics and lead tracking.
Eager to learn and develop new skills.

English-speaking, if not native then fluent both in speaking and writing.
Currently, DinnerBooking consists of nearly 40 employees spread across Europe. As our new Growth Marketer, you will become a part of the Marketing team, which currently consists of dedicated employees from Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Estonia.
Our head office is in Copenhagen near the Amagerbro Metro station.
