JustBeauty is looking for our new C.E.O to join our team to help scale our solution to new heights.

We know it is weird to to say that we looking for a C.E.O., the fact of the matter is that the original founder is ready to give the baton on to the next young ambitious team to scale JustBeauty to all of Nordics.  

This role requires a high level of energy, a can-do attitude paired with a creative mindset. You will be responsible for all activities there are with being a C.E.O and ensuring to scale JustBeauty to all of Nordics.

But what is JustBeauty?

Just Beauty is an app that helps both side of the table. One side helps beauty salons (e.g. hair dressers, nail parlour, skin clinics etc.) promote and offer their cancellations at discounted prices to consumers. The other side of the table, offers consumers the ability to find discounted beauty services near one.

Beauty Salons experience that 1/4 appointments are cancelled and therefore lose revenue on these cancelled times as they are often hard to get booked again quickly. Therefore we provide a platform for salons to easily offer their cancelled bookings to consumers, at discounted pricing and for consumers to easily find discounted beauty services near one.

With already 100+ beauty salons on the app and more than 10000 downloads, JustBeauty has established its foot into the market and is now ready to scale.

• Native-level fluency in Danish and English, written and spoken

• Ambition - lots of it - and strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset (it's the key to hitting targets 🎯 ) You are driven and get things done with a high level of integrity. Passionate about building an ambitious, scalable, sustainable and viable international business, making an impact and interested in investing yourself accordingly.

• More of a hunter than a farmer in sales (outbound experience strongly preferred)

• Winning attitude - knowing that there are easy days and hard days and the ability to get through them both

• Communication skills - You will execute email, social & calling outbound prospecting campaigns.

• Exceptional people skills: strong listening abilities, empathy, and genuine and flowing curiosity to learn more about the people you are interacting with. Motivated, positive, celebrate team victories and learnings.

• Humility. You ask "How can I create and build more value here?" rather than "What's in it for me?"

• Eye for opportunity: You can find, locate and discover different revenue streams, pain points, value-adding services and more.

• Stamina and a growth mindset.

• Set goals and are eager to reach them.

• Are a team player - we have no room for sharp elbows, politics, or egos in JustBeauty.

What you can expect from us on the first day?

From the first day you will part of a startup in which you are the C.E.O, have an investment pool to fund your activities, CMO (still to be found), the original founder, an advisor (with multiple years of startup experience to guide & spar with you), investor and more to help you grow JustBeauty to all of Nordics. For this you will recieve a starting salary in the first two months, in which our match and your skills will be tested, after which you will both be getting equity in the startup and a salary basis which grows as you grow the company.
