We are looking for a Global Head of Talent Attraction & Onboarding to help drive our extensive growth and help achieve our purpose. The position is located at our HQ in Copenhagen, but travel is required.
As part of our Global People & Culture Team your role will include;
Tell our story and help build a great employer brand
Build talent pipelines based on a deep understanding of our business strategy
Create and implement talent acquisition strategies
Partner with our amazing leaders to track ongoing hiring needs
Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
Identify and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
Define and drive our team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Ensure effective and high quality onboarding and training for new hires
Manage a team of currently 3 people but you will have to grow this to meet the needs of the business
Who might you be?
You have min 5 years of recruiter experience in fast paced international scaleups
You have 2-3 years of successful experience in a leadership role
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation preferable in European and US markets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills - we are still building our systems, processes and complete strategies
An understanding of the best modern recruiting tools
An ROI mindset, to track the impact of initiatives and adjust based on data
You will be part of an international scaleup with 27 different nationalities and just short of 200 amazing employees. You will have big autonomy to shape the strategy and the role and a unique opportunity to lift current markets as well as laying the foundation for our new markets to come.
