The opportunity

We are looking for a smart and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will work closely with your colleagues in the rest of the commercial team to execute our outbound go-to-market strategy and get on the agenda of top prospect accounts. 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

  • Identify prospects that fit our qualification criteria

  • Research their pain points to find out how the Toit platform can add value to their business

  • Contact decision makers from those companies and set-up discovery calls via phone calls, emails and Linkedin

  • Track and update information in our CRM system

  • Keep your knowledge of our product and the industry up-to-date

  • Help build and refine sales materials like case studies, engagement strategies and best practices

This role is the perfect opportunity to put your excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to use. Your task is to find and establish relationships with the right decision makers and influencers within companies, identify their needs and challenges and set up appointments.


Requirements

  • Proven appointment setting experience in a B2B setting, ideally in a SaaS business

  • Comfortable maintaining a high level of outbound activity, including starting initial contact to cold leads

  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in online meetings

  • Highly organised and confident in handling many conversations simultaneously

  • Can do attitude with ability to work independently in a remote team

  • Attention to detail

  • Excited about the ever-changing nature of a startup environment

  • Interest in IoT is a plus

  • Fluent in English
