As we expand our business, we are looking for a Country Manager – Scandinavia, part or full time.
The person is expected:
Sell Be Customer Smart solutions to new customers
Upsell to existing customers
Be the customers’ local contact point
Experience in selling SW solutions to large companies in our target industries
Fluent in Swedish and English (fluency in other languages a benefit)
Independent minded and a self-starter
Comfortable in reaching out beyond personal network
Good inter-personal skills and ability to access decision makers up to the C-level
Happy to work in a start-up environment
Our offer is a role initially as a freelancer with an attractive success-oriented compensation.
After 6-12 months depending on the achievements, the package can be restructured to include also fixed salary and share options.
