Description

We are growing fast and need to grow from 20 to 60 people end of this year. Therefore, we're looking for an Employee Experience Manager that can elevate our entire employee experience to a whole new level! You'll be working closely with our Head of People to make Tame a fun and engaging place to work at. We're a team of 20 international people now and need to be around 60 people end of the year across 3 countries and 6 timezones. Growing this aggressive requires a proactive and structured approach to culture, employee wellbeing, career development, support, training and various initiatives across the board that keep our employees happy and engaged.


Responsibilities:

  • Work together with Head of People to implement core values & culture in entire employee experience lifecycle

  • Empower our employees and take a strategic approach to how we work with people and culture

  • Responsible for the overall employee experience and the elements that influence it, including the physical workplace, technology and policies that shape the company culture.

  • Responsible for the overall on-boarding experience of new employees from start to finish

  • Responsible for overall employee engagement, motivation and avancement

  • Owning people development, manager support and broader initiatives

  • Responsible for designing, implementing and following up engagement surveys

  • Responsible for entire experience of support, training & career development of all employees

  • Monitor internal HRIS systems and databases

  • Designing, implementing and following through on company policies

  • Managing & Planning overall activities & budget related to employees, office, social activities, travel & accomodotion

  • You will be the natural “go-to” person for all people matters regarding policies and procedures

  • Take part in our talent acquisition activities with our Head of People

  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)

  • Full business proficiency in English

Requirements

  • You are a true People's Champion!

  • You have prior experience with an Employee Manager / HR Manager role

  • You are incredibly passionate about People Development & seeing people excel on all levels

  • You have experience defining, creating, tracking & owning HR processes from on-boarding to training & support

  • You love bringing people together and planning various social activities to bring our team together

  • You are incredibly structured and have strong communication skills.

  • You are very detailed oriented and diligent in your daily work.

  • You have experience with various HRIS systems (e.g. Peakon)

  • You are fluent in English in writing and speech
