We’re looking for our next Key Account Manager Academist - as our current superstar Academist will be moving to the United States to join our new NYC office. You’ll be in charge of leading the onboarding, webinars and advanced learning modules that we’ve developed for our Key Account Managers (KAMs). These various modules are essential for the success of our KAMs - so we’re looking for someone who loves to teach, loves to entertain a crowd, and is excited to take initiative to update and optimize the academy learning material on an ongoing basis - all while handling your own small portfolio of top 5% online coaches.
You’ll be the first point of contact for new KAMs - and it’ll be your job to ensure the newest additions to our team get the best first week at Lenus possible, as well as the best ongoing education!
We’re going to hire and onboard +500 Key Account Managers within the next few years - you would play a pivotal role in this exciting growth rate, by means of introducing new hires to the captivating world of being a KAM at Lenus eHealth.
ABOUT YOU :
You speak English at a native level
Be willing to relocate to or are currently living in Copenhagen
Have extensive experience teaching and educating sales employees
Have a passion and/or talent for public speaking
Have experience working in sales and working with KPIs
Are flexible and open to travel
Extremely self-driven and conscientious
Passionate about health and fitness!
