We are looking for a new addition to our international team, where you together with 54 dedicated and helpful colleagues will be our main point of contact for our worldwide customers. We are on the lookout for a happy, smiling and outgoing person, someone who speaks and writes fluent German and most importantly: You should love to be in contact with customers.
Being a Customer Success Hero at Hobbii involves taking care of our lovely customers on Hobbii.de by phone, chat, and email. We want to have the best customer service and you will, therefore, play a key role in achieving that. You will with your love and charm help our customers with everything from shipment details, product specifics and general questions about yarn, patterns and everything in between.
What we need from you on day one;
Fluency in German - both spoken and written
You have most likely worked with CS before - either over the phone or face to face with customers
You get triggered when everything falls into place - and when a customers thanks you for the greatest service
It’s a huge advantage if you have a good knowledge of yarn - and if you knit/crochet yourself
Plus: The more languages you speak - the happier we'll be :-)
