EasyPractice is on the lookout for a new Customer Supporter for our international market. You will have a huge responsibility for our growth worldwide using email marketing and customer service by email.

But first - what is EasyPractice?

EasyPractice is a SaaS company that has built a clinical management solution that assists therapists and clinicians around the world. We provide tools that the health care sector needs to simplify its everyday work. We currently have more than 30.000 registered clinics on our platform. This is something we are very proud of. We need two new customer supporters that will handle our international market. You will be doing:

 

  • Email customer support and sales

  • Email marketing

  • Various tasks related to customer support, sales, marketing, and community management

 

We need colleagues that are fully fluent in written English. That’s a requirement for the job. If you’re proficient in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, it is even better. This is, however, not a requirement.

 

We at EasyPractice work remotely, and you have the opportunity to work from whenever you want. We have an office in Copenhagen where you are welcome to join us and have a great lunch with colleagues.

 

The position is 10-15 hours a week, and we expect you to check your mailbox every day, so the hours would have to be spread out throughout the week.
