As our Head of Growth you will join a talented and passionate team and you will be working closely with all colleagues across operations and product teams. You will play a central role in developing and distributing a brand new tech platform that aids every aspect of Legacy’s mission to help small and medium-sized businesses measure their climate impact, make plans to reduce it and share reports on progress.
As our ideal Head of Growth, you
Have +5 years experience managing and leading diverse sales teams and creating synergy across teams
Have previously scaled-up a B2B SaaS company & scaled internationally at least once before - and dream of doing it again
Have the ability to and demonstrated experience with developing and executing tailor-made and effective sales and marketing strategies
Know your way around data infrastructure for enabling and tracking growth experiments
Are passionate about documenting & communicating your strategic ideas and findings clearly to teams as well as boards and investors
Are open to the adventures inherent to a start-up journey
Know that failure is non-existing because mistakes will and are supposed to be made (and shared) - how else would we ever learn anything?
Furthermore, you are
Honest, optimistic, curious and an excellent team player
Acutely aware that the customer experience in its entirety is actually a work of art and a joint effort between all teams in the company
Comfortable with product development practices, such as dual track agile & customer research
Motivated by and completely on top of the numbers game
Grateful for each customer and treats them with kindness no matter size
A person that prioritizes presence in your communication style and has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Danish and English.
