Talent Garden Innovation School is an innovative educational institute with a learning approach that puts people at the centre through a cutting-edge training methodology. Our Innovation School online learning courses are designed for those currently unemployed to upskill them and prepare them for a job. The courses are accredited by KEA and will grant you 10 ECTS points. The cost of tuition is free if you receive funding from your A-kasse or your Jobcenter.

Beginning in Fall 2021, our three job oriented training programs are Project Management, Digital Marketing and UX and Graphic Design.

Project Management 

Our Project Management course will focus on Project Management in a digital world, with workshops and lessons based on real situations such as a post-COVID world to prepare participants for a new chapter in their career.

Digital Marketing

Our Digital Marketing course is created to offer great opportunities for career advancement through job oriented training and lessons. From an entry-level position to a highly specialized role, we provide an opportunity to scale job seekers’ career in the future with Digital Marketing skills.

UX and Graphic Design 

The User Experience and Graphic Design course will give participants the skills, knowledge and mindset needed to create sophisticated, user-friendly and extraordinary customer experiences through our 6-week job training program.

If you fulfil the requirements, you have the right to get the course funded through your A-kasse. However, even if you don't, many of our students have also been funded through their Jobcenter.  

Funding through your A-kasse: 

• You may start the course when you have been unemployed for 5 weeks, if: 

• You have a High School diploma, eg. HTX, STX and HHX or similar. 

• You have a professional education, eg. hairdresser, chef, welder. 

• You have a short (max 2 years) higher education and professional education (simultaneously). 

• You have been unemployed for a maximum of 9 months (if you are + 25 years old) and a maximum of 6 months (if you are – 25 years old). 

Funding through the Jobcenter: 

• Even if you do not fulfil the requirements of the A-kasse, you have good possibilities to receive funding through your Jobcenter.
