JOB DESCRIPTION 

To support our goals to grow even bigger and offer more people a comfortable and inspiring home, we need a top-notch inbound sales executive for a minimum period of 6 months, to be the first point of contact for new members applying to live in a LifeX apartment. For this job, you will be selling our housing concept and explaining to them all the perks of becoming part of the LifeX community over the phone or on a video call. You will also be guiding them with the next steps (help with choosing the right room, setting up the contract and handing them over to our community team). As a part of the Marketing and Sales team, you will be based in Copenhagen and working closely with our Inbound Sales team. Being part of a fast-paced startup, you will have the chance to grow and learn all about sales, communication, demand generation and pipeline management.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING  

  • Reaching out to potential new members who have signed up on our website by phone and e-mail.

  • Conducting (video) calls with potential new members to promote LifeX mission and values and excite applicants about joining the LifeX community

  • Provide support to help new members choose their ideal home and get through the next steps smoothly

  • Sending out contracts and coordinate with our local Community and Operations Team on the ground to ensure a smooth handover.

  • Handle incoming email enquiries from our housing listing portals and keeping our listings up to date.

  • Gather and streamline data that will help the Marketing Team improve lead quality.


WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  

  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone and talking to people from all over the world. You can make them feel comfortable and welcome with your service-oriented, enthusiastic and sincere personality. 

  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and manage a lot of information coming at you from various channels.

  • Ambition to succeed and a self-motivator. 

  • General computer skills and ability to pick up new tools, Google is your best friend. It’s a plus if you already know Hubspot.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (a must!).

RECRUITMENT PROCESS: 

  1. Send your application expressing your interest and drive 

  2. A short call with our recruitment team to ensure our expectations are aligned

  3. Video interview with our Senior Inbound Sales Manager.

  4. Role-play with our Senior Inbound Sales Manager. 

  5. After a successful interview and role-play, we will invite you to our office for a second interview with our Head of Marketing and meet the rest of the team.

If we are the right fit and our expectations are met, then we will make you a final offer.
