It is not about securing a seat at the table, but instead about designing a brand new table. That is how we view the Diversity and Inclusion journey in society and business as well. We are not about hauling business kicking and screaming into the world of diversity, equity and inclusion, but instead we are there for the ones, who have had that penny-dropping moment that D&I is not there to scare them, but instead liberate and future-proof their organisation. If you want to join that journey, Diversity Factor is looking for a D&I Consultant.
The position
As our D&I Consultant you will be part of a small team with big ambitions that works tirelessly everyday to make a huge impact for our clients creating inclusive environments, where diversity thrives - and not just gender diversity.
