You will be overall responsible for our stock, which currently counts 15.000 pairs in four different locations. You will own all communications with our warehouse, three stores and inventory platform. On a weekly basis you’ll need to investigate, and troubleshoot online issues or inventory / shipping related challenges.

Main task will be:

• Managing our inventory of currently 15.000 pairs

• Restocking our 3 stores on a weekly basis

• Communicating with our warehouse and support them in any way necessary

• Managing our inventory platform and creating B2B orders

• Creating and tracking production orders

• Tracking lost packages and handling shipping issues

• Tracking inventory history and development

• Managing pre-orders and their fulfillment

• Checking in on automations

• General troubleshooting

 To succeed in this position, you are:

• Fluent in excel

• Experienced with Shopify or WMS

• Experienced in inventory management and logistics

• A fast learner and not afraid to take control

• Responsible and efficient
