Roccamore is a high-end shoe brand with an innovative online focus. We combine design and comfort by building orthopaedic insoles into feminine designed high heels.

We are currently looking for a new customer care colleague who can help our customers. You have a natural talent to create a good customer relationship and provide a great service. You are driven by creating a great service and are willing to go that extra mile to give our customers the best help. It is important that customers always leave a conversation with a smile on their faces.

Daily tasks:

-       Answer customers through emails, chat and phone

-       Create a good customer relationship

-       Advice and guide customers to find their perfect match

-       Answer Trustpilot

-       Handling of returns and exchange

-       Handling of reclamation from customers

To succeed in this position, you are:

-       Driven by making people happy

-       Fluent in Danish, both orally and in writing (module 5)

-       Quick and efficient in solving customer issues

-       Thrives in a fast-changing environment

-      Not scared of online systems like Shopify, Traede and ERP systems (experience here is a plus)
