So... who are we actually?

Lenus is a fast-growing software company building an intelligent nutrition and workout solution that helps personal trainers, dieticians and other health professionals scale their business while preserving a high degree of personalization. This is achieved through our full-suite personal trainer CRM platform and coach-branded web and mobile apps for end-users to follow meal and workout plans, track progress and stay in touch with their coach.

Great 🙌 so what are the details?

The position is focused around our coaches webpage support, integrations and optimisations, as well as quality assurance. This means a variety of tasks which could consist of some of these;

• Taking ownership of our web support channel

• Assuring quality standards, technical and legal requirements are met

• WordPress maintenance, page editing and troubleshooting

• Page load speed optimisation

The Support portion of the role is structured around the ticketing system (intercom) with responding to customer queries and actioning them. This could involve website edits/changes, leadform updates, updating meal/workout plan graphics, setting up an A/B test, adding a HTML widget to a webpage, etc...

The QA portion of the role is structured around ensuring our internal process are followed when we launch all our new websites. It focuses around following and implementing strict guidelines and processes to ensure we catch and correct any mistakes, or inconsistencies before the projects go live.

Since we are growing rapidly there will be plenty of opportunity to evolve with the role and shape it in a way that suits you.
