We believe more in cases, scenarios, assignments, tests, comparison tools than cover letters and gut feeling. We specialized in sales, where we take care of the entire recruitment process from candidate search and create job ads up to the candidate's onboarding process.


Who would you be working for? 

yTalent, we help companies find their next great sales hire. We're not in the business to be an everlasting long recruitment agency, connecting people and companies the same way the recruitment industry has done for years and years. We're here to rethink the processes, but to do that, and it's important to know the problems that the customers are facing.

Maybe you're in the middle of your education, finished it already, and are now looking for something new.

Are you curious about building a company from scratch, developing tactics on how to get new customers, creating bulletproof processes, how it is to bootstrap, what it takes to get through a successful funding process? Then we're off to a great start.

 

What will you be doing?

You will be reporting and working closely with the Founder to develop the recruitment strategy. You'll have day-to-day management of the entire recruitment process, everything from outreach to hiring.

What will you have developed at the end of your internship?

  • Experience with how to attract high performers.

  • Experience with conducting interviews.

  • Grown your network exponentially.

  • Taking the operational role yourself, confidence in establishing the first contact with potential candidates through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, etc.).

  • A master in developing the recruitment processes by developing new concepts, forecasting, action plans, methods, manuscripts, value propositions, etc., that reflect the candidate and company needs.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in English.

  • High level of coachability.

  • High level of curiosity

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-growing environment. 


Bonus points

  • Native Danish language skills

  • Located in or around Copenhagen

  • Recruitment experience

  • Start-up experience


Salary level

The position is unpaid.


Length of contract

3-6 months


Future possibilities

The ambition is for you to be hired on a full-time basis, either within or at the end of the contract. You'll have every possibility to influence this yourself.
