COLLAGE is an online community dedicated to fashion - a morph between the traditional fashion magazine and social media. We are currently looking for a Lead Editor to take the overall responsibility for our content initiatives, planning forthcoming interviews, creative collaboration and coordinating our team of 5.

Your main task will be to secure the creation of authentic content on COLLAGE in the form of editorials and interviews with brands and creatives.

Responsible today

In collaboration with our founder and editorial team, you will be in charge of coming up with different written editorial initiatives and concepts, scouting and deciding what brands and creatives to invite and feature, conducting interviews, plan and coordinate the editorials with our team of curators, writers, SoMe responsible and video editor.

Future Responsibilities

Once we have established a flow of strong written editorials and video features on the platform, we plan to expand the team and initiatives, creating more of our own content. Here you will be given the opportunity from time to time to create/facilitate photo shoots and video production for COLLAGE by establishing and coordinating creative collaborations and shoots between our future community of designers, photographers, stylist and creatives wherever they are located around the world. The first of these projects will be without a budget and produced by a network of creatives from around the world, as we grow our media.

The Idea Candidate 

We are looking for someone with a structured and professional approach, with relevant editorial experience from the creative industry. It's a requirement that you are highly interested and updated within fashion and art, that you have a strong eye spotting authentic people and inspiring content, and that you are able to take creative decisions in alignment with the COLLAGE brand.

This is an unpaid position, but we offer you the chance to be a part of an ambitious and creative startup, building and connecting with a novel, creative community. The work hours are relatively flexible, apart from a weekly meetup and your steady dedication and coordination of our initiatives, you will be free to work from wherever you like.
