German Customer Success Agent for Moonboon Kids & Baby Studio!

Moonboon is a fast-growing company that produce and sell high quality baby products. We are proud to produce and sell sustainable and organic products all designed and tested in Denmark.

Our German market is growing every day! To offer our German customers the best service possible, we are expanding our German team and are looking for a German speaking Customer Succes colleague that is excited about jumping on board.

Your primary role will be to handle our growing German, Swizz and Austrian customer base. We are very keen on delivering a top-shelf, hands on service. In order to do that, we need someone who understands the needs of our customers and our vision as company in a steep scaling phase.

You will also be associated with our other international markets, such as UK and France, and we therefore also expect you to speak and write English at a high level.

SPECIFIC JOB TASKS:

• Handling incoming B2C & B2B customer requests through e-mail, chat and phone

• Communicate on other third-party platforms

• Operating our return and claim processes

• Working closely with our logistic partners

You are native German with a drive to be the best at what you do. You take responsibility for your areas of accountability and are proactive in your work life. With open eyes and ears, you are eager to give input on optimizing our processes so we can give our customers the best experience possible. You have a background of 1-2 years of customer support in an e-commerce environment..
