We are currently experiencing high interest for our solution, and therefore we are looking for a person with a high energy level interested in close contact with leads and customers who can join our customer success and sales team on a full-time basis.

Your profile

• Previous experience in Customer Success/Support and/or Sale is required.

• Knowledge of the universe of Social Media

• Knowledge of Influencer Marketing maybe

• Eager and curious to learn quickly.

• Fluency in English and Danish written and spoken is expected - Preferably French or German, but not required.

• Ability to work both online and in the office located in Copenhagen Denmark.

• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.

• Sales and Solution oriented and customer centric.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• A great team player.

Your core responsibilities

• Support Sale in follow up on prospects

• Support our clients on mail, chat and phone.

• Secure successful on-boarding of new clients.

• Ability to demonstrate our solution to clients or prospects.
