AutoUncle is looking for an ambitious and savvy People Operations Specialist to support us in our continued growth. We roughly doubled in size over the last year (counting about 80 colleagues now) and expect the fast growth to continue into the future. 

Your mission as People Operations Specialist will be to operate and refine the people processes and systems that help us run effectively as an international company.

Specifically, it will be your responsibility to:

• Coordinate and host events (onboarding, company meetups, friday bars)

• Administer our people systems and tooling (G-suite, Ally, Peakon, Teamtailor, Trello, Slack, Hardware etc.)

• Manage our offices (we make use of remote work, but don’t have it as our default, so attractive and well functioning offices are important to us)

• Support recruitment (publish job opportunities, manage ATS)

• Support relocation (help talented internationals relocate to Aarhus)

The ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with an international outlook and a natural flair for performing a high volume of different tasks timely and with accuracy. Reporting directly to COO, Jonas Bylov, you will receive substantial support and empowerment and will be expected to manage your time and tasks independently. 

To do well in this role we expect that you:

• Demonstrate the ability to organise

• Have attention to detail

• Effectively build trust with people

• Communicate professionally in English (written and spoken)

• Enjoy executing and challenging yourself by taking responsibility

• Are reasonably savvy with technology (comfortable learning new systems. You don’t need hands on experience with all the people systems we use)

• Have hands-on experience with HR systems (Human Resource Management, intranet, Application Tracking System etc.)

To be qualified you are likely to have a background within HR and have worked in a modern organisation of 50-300 people. A formal education within HR is a bonus but not a must - we recruit for competencies and values, not academic degrees.
