Rokoko is a rapidly growing tech startup providing motion capture and animation tools for the global entertainment industry. Our customers include global top tier game, film, AR/VR and VFX producers as well as thousands of indie creators making unique content all over the world.

As our Partner Marketing Specialist, you'll be leading the planning and management of our creative partners—the artists and influencers we are collaborating with. You'll be responsible for maximising our scope and engagement with some of the biggest names animation, but also expanding our grassroots sponsorship program that supports talented indie-creators. In the role, you'll work closely with our Social Media Manager and content team to support our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest and experience working within social media and influencer marketing/management. The job is part-people management, project management, and marketing—so it requires a diverse skillset to thrive. You should have excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to both partners and internal teams.This is a unique opportunity to join a category leading brand with strong traction into the scale-up phase. Responsibilities:

• You'll be a point of contact between Rokoko and our sponsored partners, ensuring expectations are aligned, deliverables are received and deadlines are met. You'll also build strong relationships with them and ensure they're utilising Rokoko's tools to the best of their ability and improving their animation workflows.

• You'll continuously identify potential partners who fit our criteria, reach out, negotiate, and maintain a large rolodex we can leverage across our marketing and product strategy.

• You'll lead the execution of our partner-marketing strategy, be it through one-off engagements such as product review or tutorial videos, to large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns, employing dozens of influencers with consistent messaging and timing.

• You'll be responsible for identifying and tracking the performance of our sponsored programs, which differ based on the purpose of the campaign, but could include broad awareness KPIs such as impressions and engagement, MQLs captured, and also revenue.

• You'll be responsible for scaling our overall partner marketing strategy, coming with creative and proactive input and being accountable for the overall performance of our partner marketing.

  
  

You should have:

• A keen interest in gaming, animation, VFX, streaming, or other creative digital mediums.

• You're a social media native, staying on top of trends, influencers, and social media marketing best-practices and tactics. This is your passion.

• You have at least 1-3 years experience within digital marketing or influencer marketing, either for an agency, B2C or B2B brand, and understand how social media fits into the overall brand experience and marketing funnel.

• You're structured, organised, and have excellent communication skills in English. You'll be speaking to some of the biggest names in animation, VFX, gaming, and pop-culture, so professional stakeholder management is key.

• A familiarity with social media mechanics, data and analytics.
