Requirements:

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or similar

• Proven track record of project management and systems like Jira

• Experience in certification requirements and business development

• 5+ years of experience in hardware development management

• Deep understanding of hardware lifecycle i.e. scope, prototype, pre-production, mass production and field failures

• Experience in shipping processes and terms

• Experience in electronic manufacturing processes

• Metric driven by nature

• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus

Supply Chain Manager @ Spiio responsibilities include:

• Oversee and control the movement of goods from manufacturer to the end customer

• Ensure consistent supply of products through alignment between sales and production forecasts

• Manage teams of hardware and firmware engineers in multiple time zones

• Ensure product delivery quality through on site inspections and production line SOP optimizations

• Develop and maintain world wide shipping processes

• Be on the forefront of new hardware development planning and meet production deadlines

• Develop and communicate supply chain mitigation strategies

• Successfully working with manufacturing partners in China both working off- and on-site to mature and ensure production deliveries
