We are growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Onboarding Specialist to help us with our new German customers. We already have a very strong client base in Denmark, Sweden and Benelux, and in 2020 we have made Germany our focus. Therefore, we are looking for a new colleague to join us as part of the onboarding team to make sure our German customers are making the most out of Delogue. Delogue has been growing significantly the last few years and we are close to 30 people in three locations. The plan is to expand this to 35-40 people in 2021.
The role
You will become part of the Customer Success team in Copenhagen working closely together with our new and existing customers.
Your primary task will be to train and assist the users in the Delogue PLM platform, making sure they use the system correctly to meet their business objectives. Most interactions with the customers will be held virtually.
Specific tasks will be:
Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement life cycle.
Lead customer workshops with preparation, process understanding, configuration to existing IT-systems and customer training (currently virtual)
Interact with existing customers and make sure they make use of Delogue PLM
Ensure that existing clients know how new features work, and potentially demo these
Making service checks to existing customers and listen to their needs
Assist development team to design new features
Account management (not sales)
Must-haves:
5+ years of experience with design or buying within the Fashion/Apparel industry.
Speak and write German fluently.
Skills and personality:
IT competences above average
Solid communication skills
Outgoing and enjoy working with/training other people.
Project management experience
Passion for making others successful
Speak and write English

Practicalities:
Expected travel is 10-15 days per year (after Covid-19). Today everything is virtual.
