Talent Garden Rainmaking is running two campus locations for tech entrepreneurs in Copenhagen. Besides co-working, Talent Garden is delivering various training programs for individuals and companies (the Innovation School), creating large corporate partnerships to help grow the ecosystem and innovate organisations, as well as organising various events. 

We are now looking for a curious and energetic team member to join us for the Learning Manager position to support our Head of Learning in Denmark.

This position is a six months maternity replacement, but has the potential to evolve into a full time employment.

The main working areas for the position

• Project management of educational activities, responsible for the successful delivery and coordination of the programs.

• In charge of creating, facilitating and optimising the customer journey from sign-ups and enrolment, to student feedback and alumni networks. 

• Design and refine educational products on the basis of students expectations and job market needs.

• Developing e-learning platforms and creating top-notch online learning experiences. 

• Support and coordinate the marketing and promotion of the programs. 

• Monitor activities through reporting, control and analysis of the performances and KPIs.

• Course administration. 

• Scouting for, interviewing and contracting teachers.

• Contribute commercial insights to product development and monitor the training market, identifying market trends.

• Stakeholder management: Jobcenters/A-kasser, partner universities, students, corporate clients, HR representatives, teachers etc. 

• Co-create and deliver other educational activities (events, research activities, participation at tech festivals etc.). 

  
  

What team member are we looking for? 

• 4+ years of successful experience in project management or similar - preferably in the education area. 

• Proactive, energetic and willing to learn 360-degrees.

• Digitally savvy. You are interested in EdTech and in delivering state of the art e-learning solutions.

• Interested in innovative education and creating top notch learning experiences. 

• Communicative and responsible individual who can handle various administrative tasks such as student calls, admission and program communications.

• Positive and troubleshooting team player.

• Passionate about the innovation ecosystem & startups. 

• Always updated with the latest trends on Digital. 

• Tons of empathy in your pockets and the ability to bring out people’s highest potential. 

• Autonomous and proactive professional with an entrepreneurial spirit. 

• A problem solver, able to act both on a strategic and a tactical level, looking for new challenges in an evolving environment. 

• Excellent oral and writing skills in both English and a Scandinavian language.
