That’s why we created Yepstr and today we are Sweden's largest and fastest growing platform for typical teenage-jobs (babysitting etc.). With revenues growing 10x since 2020 we are growing our team to prepare for going international.
In fact by 2025 we will be the world’s largest employer of young people and by 2030 we will have helped more than 100 million young people to their first jobs.
Are you our unicorn? Because we are looking for a dynamic and versatile person who is both good at communications as well as sales. Someone who enjoys writing and also picking up the phone and actually talking to our users to understand their needs. You will be a fundamental member of the team being the closest to our end users.
Responsibilities:
Call and guide users with end goal of increasing conversion rates
Provide world class support through phone and chat
Reporting and procedures - setting up reporting and KPIs in an analytical manner focussed on conversion and retention
Content creation for blog and articles with focus on our customers
We are looking for someone who:
Previous experience in Customer Service
Likes to speak to new people and finding solutions to their problems
Independent and does not hesitate to take initiative
Native Swedish since this is our customer communications language
Good writing skills

Location
Yepstr HQ is located in Stockholm, but you don't necessarily have to be. We have a well developed remote culture and we value skills, drive and thirst for knowledge over proximity to the office. The only thing we do require is that you live in a neighboring timezone. If you are reading this and do live in Sweden, we have a beautiful office in Gamla Stan that we'd love for you to come visit.
