About the position:

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development Specialist who can grow our existing client base in the DACH region, as well as find new opportunities to sell our innovative new solution that helps companies to succeed globally in local languages. You will be working in a fun environment with a young and dynamic team that loves to celebrate achievements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying growth opportunities and potential within our existing client portfolio to upsell our new solution

• Connect with your prospective clients to clarify and understand their needs and requirements

• Demonstrate our platform and services to prospects and existing clients 

• Plan and execute an account strategy in close collaboration with your team and other departments

• Manage your pipeline to accurately forecast the potential business value of your portfolio

• Negotiate proposals and contracts with your prospects

• Support further development by working in close collaboration with the entire EasyTranslate team to improve on our products and services to generate more value for our clients.

 Skills that make you a good fit for this role:

• Native level German speaker with an excellent command of English 

• Additional language skills (business proficiency) are an absolute advantage

• Hunter mentality - eager to close the next big deal

• Experience working within Sales or knowledge of the translation industry is a plus but no requirement

• Proactive mindset - you are continuously looking for new opportunities and challenges and you are willing to pursue both warm and cold leads

• You are competitive and want to be on top of the leaderboard 

• Superb communication skills and ability to adapt to different situations as you will talk to a variety of stakeholders

• You are a team player who wants not only yourself but the team to succeed

• You must be a great multitasker who can juggle more than just a few balls simultaneously

• Tech-savvy and excited about the latest developments
