About the job 

As the Paid Marketing Manager, you will be working with: 

• Setting up landing pages and funnels to ensure that we attract and help companies in the best possible way. 

• Set up paid campaigns on relevant media buying platforms, such as Facebook, Google, Linkedin, and others. 

• Project management of translations for campaigns in other languages

• Follow-up on results and detect opportunities. 

• You get to define a lot of things and will have the power to set new campaign tests and budgets in motion. 

About you 

Most likely, you have some basic experience in online pay-per-click media buying on various platforms like Google and Facebook. However, the most important part is your motivation and creativity to see where the ball is heading and go there. You are an extremely quick learner, and you’re not afraid to put in the hours to get to results, also when that means training and tests in areas where your experience might be limited. 

• Basic knowledge about at least one media buying platform (like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads ...)

• Extremely focussed on execution 

• Good communicative skills. You know how to understand the potential client; when to soft sell and when to close. You understand what a marketing funnel is. You can say a lot with few written words. You understand the intent and psychological triggers that make the difference for potential clients going to make a choice. 

• You understand technology. Working with things like WordPress, cropping images for campaigns, setting up an autoresponder email series, is not something you need to scratch your head over for too long. 

• You love to create results. You live inside the data and are the type that checks your ads accounts on the phone when you wake up in the morning. You are always testing and striving for better. You think about the creative ideas in the shower before heading to the office.
