Flowering is working on making the flower industry green. We are a growing startup, founded on sustainable principles, and we use them as our compass in every strategic decision we make.

Our core product is the Environmental Bouquet (Miljøbuketten), which consists of surplus flowers, Danish flowers, and environmentally certified flowers. We are now looking for florists for our workshop in Birkerød, where your task will be to create Environmental Bouquets in three unique styles and in 5 different sizes together with our current team of florists.

It is important that you share our sustainable passion, and that you therefore actively try to avoid wasting resources in your work to create the Environmental Bouquets. It is also important to us that we consistently deliver the same, high quality to our customers, which is why you must have a sharp aesthetic eye and a creative approach to your work. You will also have the opportunity to have an influence on the flower selection.

In your work, you will not have direct contact with our customers, as all Environmental Bouquets are sent directly from the workshop in Birkerød to the customer's address.

The position is expected to be 20-30 fixed hours per week with the possibility of extra hours. The working days will be Wednesday-Sunday (with bonus pay) in our workshop in Birkerød. We would prefer that you live close to Birkerød, as we expect that you will enjoy working early in the day (eg 7: 00-13: 00).

Who are we looking for

It is important that you like our concept, working in a startup and that you love flowers. You do not need to have relevant education as you will be trained in our internal course "Flowering Academy". However, it is a big plus if you have relevant experience in the flower industry. We love creative, outgoing, and fun types who like to work in a growing startup where something new happens every day.

• Select the best floral composition

• Possibility to clean and prepare flowers

• Ad hoc tasks that improve workflows in the team and the general work environment
