There are 1.2 billion young people (aged 15-24) in the world. 1 billion of them want an extra job but can’t find one. 

That’s why we created Yepstr and today we are Sweden's largest and fastest growing platform for typical teenage-jobs (babysitting etc.). With revenues growing 10x since 2020 we are growing our team to prepare for going international. 

In fact by 2025 we will be the world’s largest employer of young people and by 2030 we will have helped more than 100 million young people to their first jobs.

Yepstr is at a very exciting phase of growing and we are looking for a project base d marketing automation genius to onboard our new CRM system and set up the user journey communication.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and restrategizing our current customer communication journey based on optimizing registration to conversion, increasing retention and life time value as well as reactivation, together with the Head of Marketing

• Creating all communication flows

• Setting up relevant KPIs for communication within all channels available to customer communication (email, sms, push notification, pop ups etc)

We are looking for someone who:

• Has vast experience in customer communication

• Full understanding of "the right message to the right person at the right time"

• Excellent copy writing skills

• Previous experience of CRM/Marketing automation platforms

• Native Swedish since this is our customer communications language

What we offer you

A project based, flexible gig with competitive salary. We expect the project to stretch over 2-3 months full-time with the possibility of staying on in a broader marketing/customer communications role after.

We offer a modern office in central Stockholm (Gamla Stan) right next to the water. The office is ours (not a typical shared office space), meaning that we have full control over what we want it to be like.

Location

Yepstr HQ is located in Stockholm, but you don't necessarily have to be. We have a well developed remote culture and we value skills, drive and thirst for knowledge over proximity to the office.
