As Technical Customer Experience Consultant your primary responsibility is to implement best-in-class customer experience solutions for some of the biggest brands in the Nordics.

Your role as Technical Customer Experience Consultant

As Technical Customer Experience Consultant you are responsible for the implementation of the best customer experience solutions for our clients in the Nordic market. You will work primarily with solutions centered around Zendesk. Our close strategic collaboration with Zendesk ensures us a position as one of its leading partners in this market.

 

You are able to draw on your combined technical skills and business knowledge to suggest concrete technical solutions that support the business strategies and goals of our clients.

 

As Technical Customer Experience Consultant you will:

●      Run the implementation of Zendesk for our clients in an exciting and challenging role as project leader, technical consultant and customer experience expert

●      Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients

●      Use your technical expertise to assist and advise our clients on an ongoing basis

●      Analyze workflows and identify the needs of clients and potential clients

●      Draw up project plans and requirement specifications

●      Act as project leader on deliverables that involve our developers

 

We expect that you able to take immediate responsibility for specific tasks for our clients. You will be involved in projects right from the start of your employment. We can offer you certifications after only six months.

 

Most of your work duties can be carried out remotely. In general you can expect that a third of your time is spent on site with our clients. The other two thirds of your work can take place in part from home and in part from our office in Kødbyen, where we expect you to be present at least two full days a week.

 

About you

In your role as consultant you enjoy work that varies greatly and requires your multiple skills in an environment that is sometimes hectic. You are motivated by generating momentum and obtaining results. In a group context you are not afraid to pursue a leading role and take on responsibility. You thrive in a complex technical environment and find it easy to adapt to a variety of organizations and system landscapes. You are curious by nature and know how to ask the right questions in order to bring your expertise into play and proactively assist our clients.

 

You most likely have a master’s degree in digital innovation, business administration and information systems or the equivalent. Of course we are willing to consider skills and knowledge that you may have obtained in other ways.

 

We are seeking a candidate who:

●      Is highly ambitious and energetic

●      Is equally interested in technology and business

●      Has excellent social and communication skills

●      Finds it easy to get familiarized with new systems and organizations

●      Is punctual, responsible and structured

●      Has general knowledge of web services and APIs

●      Is fluent in Danish and communicates well in business English

●      With customer service or support processes

●      With ITIL and ITSM
