Next generation call center software provider

Since 2016 Adversus has strived to be a market leader in a competitive field that requires high availability and high uptime across continents. Adversus have seen exponential growth in the last years both in the demand of our product but also in the company itself. Today we are 25 co-workers, with 18 located at our headquarters in Aarhus. Here everything from developing the SaaS-solution to sales and marketing is carefully being catered to customers around the world.

Adversus’ solution is an all-in-one call center platform that supports our customers’ needs for an effective, structured and data-driven daily routine. Usability within UX and UI are key to our high user satisfaction.

Adversus’ platform is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) to which we are continually working on optimizations, automation and further feature implementation. It ensures that both our software and team are as effective as possible. The current plan is to expand the team over the following years to ensure competitiveness in the international market.

The developer team today consists of 5 developers who work closely with the rest of the organization – here, you will be a key player in the technical design of the next generations of our software.


What will you be working with?

Your primary responsibilities will be the architectural possibilities and challenges, and together with the rest of the team, you will be a key player in the implementation of future features.

Our users have a high level of activity, and they process incredible amounts of data every day. This demand requires an agile, reliable, and scalable software architecture.

A day at the office varies, and the tasks at hand can change, which requires an adaptable leader with a high understanding of our internal operations and the customers. You will refer directly to the CTO, who also takes an active part in the programming and keeping the development in line with the business needs and goals.

Our tech stack and the tasks you will be facing are:

  • System architecture and development of the platform

  • Tech lead who is willing to answer questions from colleagues

  • Implementation of scale-out (high availability)

  • Troubleshooting and bug fixes across a complex setup

  • VoIP and Real-time Media

  • PHP / NodeJS / React / MySQL / Redis / Asterisk / Docker


Here is how we imagine you

We would love to see that you hold a degree in Computer Science or similar education with a high knowledge level within software architecture, and have practical experience as a developer. You have experience with most of our tech stack and have demonstrated the development of complex technical solutions that require high stability and availability. It is a plus that you speak danish but not a requirement.

As a person, you are disciplined and can motivate yourself and be a key player on a team. You thrive with responsibility and understand how our development contributes to our customer’s business. You love being part of a humorous work environment, and you are curious about new technologies.
