Covid19
Eupry takes part in the distribution of Covid19 vaccines and 2020 therefore turned out to be a very busy year for us. We were happy to help and did spent most of Christmas getting the Pfizer BioNTech -80C transport boxes validated around in Denmark.
Growth Hacker
To fill the role, we are looking for a talented marketeer who can develop a strategy around all facets of our marketing efforts -- including lead gen., brand, SEO, and product marketing -- and oversee those efforts.
Our core focus and strategy, however, is based on our Google Ads account which we have had for 3 years (with a combination of display 81% and KW 19% of spend). Currently, we perform LTV/CAC on 4,8 (on avr.) and a monthly ads spend on 50-60k dkk/month. We are certain that we have big opportunities to grow our efforts in online marketing both in terms of spend and competencies.
In your role you will be working with a small team of part-time marketeers, designers and our current Head of Marketing, Adam Hartmann. You will report to CEO, Christian Jacobsen, work with our sales team to ensure MQL are turning into SQLs, and finally be aware of the sales team’s efforts in generating us the revenue we need, via happy customers!
You will be working with a budget for freelancers, consultants and the team will grow with new employees during the year.
Your goal is to increase amount of MQL by building a strategy and maintaining the marketing engine with focus on international expansion (US,UK, NL, Scandinavia)
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Managing Google ads accounts from planning and execution through to reporting (as well other ads platforms currently in use such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)
Testing where we are directing different segments to and measuring the outcomes
Ensuring the systems we have in place for running tests are as robust as possible
Reporting on the outcome of these tests in a clear and concise manner, fostering long-term learnings
Ensuring our digital presence amplifies the paid marketing efforts – this means keeping an eye on our SEO, social channels and review websites
Requirements
These are the skills and experience we’re looking for:
Must-haves:
3-5 years experience working as a performance marketer in a B2B setting (ideally in a SaaS company)
3 years experience working with Google, Facebook and LinkedIn ads
Working knowledge of ZohoCRM or equivalent CRM such as HubSpot
A good understanding of the principles of inbound marketing
A penchant for numbers – calculations like CTR, CpMQL, CAC, LTV etc should come naturally to you
A degree in business or a quantitive science
Been working with wordpress or similar
Nice-to-haves:
An entrepreneurial mindset
Experience running SEO audits and projects
Working knowledge of the relationship between organic and paid social and content strategy, and the ability to connect the two
Leadership potential – experience in leading a team or pod is a big bonus
Bonus points for:
A solid understanding of startups, entrepreneurship and ecosystems
Experience running website improvement projects ie. conversion rate optimisation
