At Adversus, we are searching for a Business Development Representative as an addition to our sales team in Aarhus. The focal point for the role is qualifying leads and booking appointments with potential customers.
Adversus was founded in 2016, and since then, we have experienced growth in both customers and colleagues as well as expanded internationally. Today, we are 25 employees in total, with 18 working from our headquarters in Aarhus, where we handle every aspect of the business, including sales, support, development, marketing, and administration.
Adversus is an all-in-one call center platform that contributes to optimizing, automating, and effectively managing all of our customers’ outbound and inbound activities. The platform is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS), where we continually develop and optimize based on our users’ needs and feedback.
We provide our software solution to some of the biggest clients in Denmark as well as to companies around the world. Today, our ambition is to expand further in Europe and our new Business Development Representative’s role primarily revolves around this market.
Your role in Adversus
As Business Development Representative in Adversus, you will be contributing to our continued growth. Through cold outreach, you will primarily be in charge of qualifying leads, booking sales appointments, and starting the initial contact with clients. You will have a significant influence on which customer segments and leads you do outreach to. Furthermore, you will also be participating in sales meetings held by our Account Managers.
Even though the focal point is cold outreach, you will also be handling leads acquired through other channels.
You will be responsible for the early stage of the sales process with the initial contact, product information, nurturing leads, and booking sales appointments. This is a vital part of the sales process since you are making sure your team has relevant leads to work with, enhancing the opportunity to close the sale.
In the position of Business Development Representative, you will have an ample opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. Adversus is a company where things are moving fast, and new ideas and initiatives are part of the daily work. Therefore, it is important that you have a curious approach to your work and are not afraid of taking responsibility.
The leads you will be speaking to will primarily be located in Europe with a primary focus on Sweden. Therefore, it is a strength if you are, besides being fluent in Danish and English, are speaking and writing fluently in Swedish, but this is not a requirement.

Cold outreach
Starting initial contact leads that request a demo
Handling leads that sign up for a free trial
Handling requests from our sales chat
LinkedIn outreach
We expect you to acquire the necessary skills and product knowledge during the first six to nine months, advance to Account Manager, and subsequently be in charge of your own sales meetings.
