Head of Marketing / Head of Growth [Minimum 5+ years of experience]

The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer with experience across the full spectrum of digital marketing. 

 

You will serve as a marketing lead, project manager, and growth-hacker. Your skillset should allow you to manage a variety of marketing projects for both clients and Klint. 

 

Project work includes SEO,  inbound/outbound automation, growth-hacks across channels using Saas tools, project management, paid CPC campaigns, and managing dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data-driven marketer with extensive and measurable digital marketing projects

  • 2+ years of experience creating and managing with PPC 

  • 3+ years experience in growth marketing using inbound automation tools, A/B testing, and outbound growth hacks 

  • 5+ years of management of projects, marketing teams, freelancers, and in a variety of skill sets 

  • 3+ years of omnichannel marketing campaigns, content creation, and re-purposing content across channels.

  • Driven + positive attitude and willingness to learn by doing 


RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Skills

  • SEO research and optimization via the latest tools (Ahrefs, SEMRush, UberSuggest, Moz, etc) for keyword discovery (high search volume / low difficulty)

  • PPC / Digital Ads - Expand on our processes focus on “user intent” campaigns (Google search ads, Facebook ads, and other ad networks)

  • Extensive experience with working on WordPress and optimizing content for SEO

  • Measure marketing campaign effectiveness and KPIs in dashboards using google data studio or similar dashboard tool (Geckoboard, Klipfolio, etc)

 

Automation Projects

  • Help with inbound and outbound marketing email automation projects and create informative and engaging email content for increased engagement 

  • Set up outbound growth hacks from the ground up using industry best practices and tools 

  • Analyze and Collect data for growth hacks and long-form content pieces to display in meaningful

  • Manage implement tools targeting specific niches and groups for engagement

  • Support amplification efforts and PR strategies

  • Outreach for Webinars, Events, and Thought Leadership opportunities 

  • Support and run backlink building projects within the specific industries and niches

  • Using a variety of tools for scraping to build targeted lists of ideal customer profiles for specific campaigns customer audience campaigns


 Non-Technical Skills

  • Project management of client projects, building out proposals, running weekly client "stand-ups"

  • developing new strategies for optimizing processes and continuous improvement in strategy and output

  • Building resources, planning events, developing re-usable templates, etc.

  • Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings

  • Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth

  • Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
