We are looking for someone who can help inspire and motivate people all over the world! By 2021, 5.5 million people have used our services and landed their dream jobs at companies such as Apple, Google, Volvo, Audi, Airbnb etc. 

What you'll do:

• Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various social networks including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora and other owned channels.

• Coordinate with internal teams to create a content calendar for all social media posts 

• Optimize social media posts based on our target audience’s behavior

• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages

• Work together with the design team for appealing creatives 

• Help organize and host Webinars

• Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

• Develop goals and track performance to understand the efficiency of a campaign, making recommendations for optimizations; increase our social media following and engagement overall

• Contact influencers to promote our campaigns and product

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in English

• Nice to have: Bachelors in a related field (Marketing, Communications or other relevant field) OR maybe a course you have taken

• Prior experience with social media management. Send us examples – we would love to see your style!

• A passion for social media and understanding its business impact

• Experience working with Google Sheets (know your formulas!)

• You’re pop culture-savvy and stay connected to the latest trends and memes

• You’re a great copywriter – you’re comfortable coming up with fun IG-worthy captions

• Impeccable attention to details and strong organizational skills

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality content social media campaigns

• Experience in handling data analytics and delivering performance reports

• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytic tools 

• Excellent communication skills
