Customer Support Specialist to join a growing tech company within the global retail and restaurant industry (part time 20 hrs. week)


Servicelovers Servicelovers is on a mission to increase service and customer satisfaction in the global retail and restaurant industry. Our software product is an app and a web solution, that allow our BtB customers to collect data on customer satisfaction (via a tablet in their stores, weblinks or QR codes), provide feedback to frontline staff (via an app on their mobile phones), and to deliver insights to retail/restaurant managers via a web-based dashboard. Servicelovers allow frontline staff to get recognized by customers when delivering good service, and to receive recognition from colleagues and managers. Servicelovers is currently a small start-up with only a couple of employees, but are gaining market traction. Customers love our product, and with a recent investor funding round we aim to grow the organization and to start targeting customers abroad.


Customer Support Specialist to support and onboard customers.

Our current product team consists of 3 developers at an outsourcing firm in Pakistan, a part time graphics designer, a CTO (Vacant) a Customer support student helper, an active chairman of the board (part time in operation) and our CEO who drives the product vision and works with customers to understand their needs. We are looking for you to help setup devices, QR codes, dashboards etc. Basically helping getting the tech. packet ready for onboarding new customers. You will be our expert in our tech. stack and also the nicest service and support specialist for when the customers (primarily frontline staff or BtB HQ) calls in to get some help if the devices or dashboards are out of order, if the devices needs an update (remote help) or if they just need a quick guide or demo to how it works. You should be able to take responsibility and manage the process from when the customer has signed a contract to when the Servicelovers solution is up and running with a happy customer on the other end.


What we are looking for in you

We want to work with nice people. It is therefore super important that you are nice and service minded and likes to talk, understand and help solve our customers' problems. You don't have to be a tech specialist, we will teach you what you need to know about our system to become an expert, but you need to be curious and want to learn more and develop your tech abilities. Apart from being service minded you must be extremely structured and systematic, while handling several tasks at the same time and you therefore love working in project management tools. There can also be the need of writing a few reports now and then to our customers, guiding them how to use their customer data they have gathered. Again to make sure our customers feel that support and service from us. You will also be testing Q&A what engineering has built to make sure it works the way we intended and without bugs, etc. Lastly you will need to speak fluent danish since a lot of our frontline customers only speak danish. The Servicelovers twist is that customers can give acknowledgement directly to a specific employee. Acknowledgements hit employees' personal profiles, on the mobile phone off each employee. Retail managers get access to a dashboard so they can see and celebrate the best service employees.
