Donkey Republic is working to make bikes available everywhere around the world - and we need you! We are looking for an energetic rider and partner support agent to join our customer experience team.

As our support hero, you will solve problems and answer questions around the use of our app and bicycles, both via calls, chat and emails. We use Zendesk as our support tool. Apart from customer support, you may help our business partners, where you are responsible to maintain the contact, reply to their questions, coordinate their requests and help them maintain and grow their bike fleets. You will work in both areas with changing emphasis, depending on the workload in the respective areas.
This is an hour based paid student position. Our peak season is from spring to autumn, where you may work more shifts than in the low season. Our customer support is available 7 days / week, so the work days are between Monday and Sunday, with working hours between 8am and 7pm. The majority of your shifts will be on weekends and public holidays, when most of our riders rent bikes from us. The distribution of your work hours can vary from week to week and day to day, in coordination with the other members of the support crew and according to the current support volume.
We imagine you:
Are fluent in English and Danish, as well as in either French, Dutch or German.
Knowledge in Spanish, Hungarian, Finnish, Swedish or Greek is an asset.
Don't mind working on weekends and holidays.
Are a bachelor or master student
Are a fast learner, both handling busy support and using mobile and web tools.
Like interacting with people and are always happy to help our riders, partners and our colleagues.
Enjoy using your language skills
Don't mind repetitive work and high support volume during the peak season.
Are detail-oriented and business-and service-minded.
Are creative and patient in solving problems.
Use your own laptop for work.
Are a nice and open-minded person, excited to (e-)meet your new colleagues.
