About the position:
This is an entry-level role with no previous related experiences required. The project Coordinator amongst other tasks is responsible for the daily coordination and handling of translations tasks to our Danish clients.
Taking ownership of the administration of translation requests
Assigning linguists to translation projects
Keeping track of the projects and making sure they are delivered on time
Supporting our clients over the phone, email and chatbox
Onboarding clients to our company's platform
Skills that make you a good fit for this role:
Native level Danish speaker with an excellent command of English
Additional language skills (business proficiency) are an absolute advantage
Outgoing and naturally service-minded attitude
You must be a great multitasker who can juggle more than just a few balls simultaneously
You are a team player who wants not only yourself but the team to succeed
Ability to resolve issues and address complains
Tech-savvy and excited about the latest developments
