We are constantly on the look out for exciting new marketing channels and experiences which help to drive incremental growth throughout the business by improving the customer experience. This role is no different!
We are looking for a passionate, high energy Video Agent to help us launch this new marketing channel for Nordgreen which will facilitate on-site one-to-one video sales with our live customers as we aim to bridge the gap between the offline and online world. You will be working closely with the Head of Customer Experience and e-commerce Director in this exciting new role.
The candidate must be able to provide outstanding customer experiences, loves interacting with people and is passionate about making a positive difference. Here at Nordgreen, we are mad about customer experience, and you must be too.
Job Description:
Live one-to-one video sales via our website;
You will literally become the face of the brand, and therefore must embody the values of the brand;
Live merchandising and upselling;
Handling, gathering and properly collecting product and process feedback;
Assisting with the continuous product development process based on customer feedback and macro-level analyses
Developing and implementing initiatives to improve overall customer experience;
Provide regular reporting of customer service feedback to Head of Customer Experience and department heads.
Skills & Experience Required:
Confident and well-spoken in English;
High energy and positive attitude;
Must be passionate about fashion and making a positive difference in the world
Strong listening & communication skills;
Creative mindset, result oriented & driven;
Strong work ethic
Must have one-to-one retail experience
Must be willing to work flexibly throughout the week to cover peak hours (6-9pm)
