The position 

FLEXeCHARGE is a software engineering start-up with teams in Copenhagen and at the German/Danish border that offers intelligent and customized Energy Management Solutions (EMS) for EV charging. As a knowledge company, we are looking for business administration or marketing students who help us educate the market about our solutions. You are employed as a part-timer, 10-15 hour per week, and you can work remotely.

The product

FLEXeCHARGE offers energy management software for Electric Vehicle (EV) charge controllers (installed in the charging station). The FLEXeCHARGE software platform will help the charging station manufacturers to customize their solution and differentiate in the market. The solution architecture emphasizes the development of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models and is easily adaptable to specific user groups' requirements. 

Your Tasks

  • Your main task will be to support the business development team in customer acquisition and external communication through LinkedIn.

  • Customer segmentation and structured approach of charging station and charge controller manufacturers in Europe.

  • New lead generation through our channels and qualification of leads through follow up meetings and presentations.

  • Develop content for our LinkedIn channel and Website to grow the network around FLEXeCHARGE.

  • Prepare business development materials, e.g. presentations, business cases, and proposals, to support lead qualification.

  • Further, you will directly work with existing partner firms and customers.

  • You are expected to contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of the business processes.

Your competences

  • You are currently a student at the end of your bachelor's degree (i.e., last-year) or at the beginning of your master's degree (i.e., first-year) at CBS, DTU or ITU.

  • You either study software engineering with a sales personality or are studying business with a substantial interest in technology and software.

  • You are a high performer with a self-starter mentality.

  • You have relevant work experience within B2B software, business development, marketing, or sales.

  • You have a commercial and sales-oriented mindset and good knowledge of the B2B market.

  • You are structured, take full responsibility, and are not afraid to execute on your own.

  • You have a solid technical understanding and interest in SaaS solutions.

  • You excel in communicating with many new people and love to do so.

  • You are fluent and professional in written and oral English. Danish or German is a plus but not required.
