In collaboration with the Central Growth team and local Growth Managers, the Senior Growth Manager (Nordics) will be responsible for the intake, churn and retention of the Nordic market ensuring we reach our targets at a budgeted CAC. You will report to the Nordic Country Manager acting as the marketing lieutenant ensuring that the right priorities are taken week after week and owning all non subscription revenue activities and initiatives. You will be taking lead on Growth in the Nordic team as well as driving cross-team growth projects. As Goodiebox is in the middle of a restructure you will also have the opportunity to take part in shaping both the Nordic Team as well as the future growth- and marketing strategy of Goodiebox.
Full responsibility for driving growth and implementing the acquisition strategy in the Nordic markets according to the aligned growth objectives in the channels: organic, affiliate, partnerships, SEM, referral and influencers
Ensure central managed channels such as CRM and Paid SoMe are aligned with the local budget, strategy and are implementing local best practices whenever possible
Responsible for the marketing budget in alignment with the Country Manager as well as having the daily overview of local performance and budgets
Project management of growth related projects as well as local product ownership of the monthly processes and deliverables connected to subscription boxes
Assisting the Country Manager in forecasting box-numbers and targets in collaboration with the Finance department
Responsible for all local non subscription revenue activities (strategy, project management and launch) - for example Limited Edition boxes.
Work closely with local content team to optimize activities for growth
Responsible for running stand-ups, weekly growth sprints and ongoing growth reporting to the Country Manager
Responsible for ensuring documentation of all local experiments and tests
Responsible for ensuring post mortems of all bigger campaigns and initiatives
Local ownership of the website in cooperation with the Central Growth team as well as the Creative team.
5+ years marketing experience.
Proven track record working with intake or retention
Proven track record of driving a growth team forward through disciplined execution of growth principles
Experience in scaling a subscription business and strong commercial understanding.
Extensive experience with Google Ads,Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Influencer Marketing, E-Mail marketing
Experience in working with CMS and digital platforms in general
A data-driven and number-savvy mindset.
Proven track record working with smaller and larger growth projects across teams and able to lead a project from start to finish meeting deadlines and producing on brand quality output
Ability to seamlessly work with marketers, designers, and engineers. In general strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience in working in a international environment
