Your key responsibility will be to

• get together with our team to create a unique and successful sales strategy to acquire B-2-C clients and attract B-2-B partners.

• sell our services to corporate groups, small and large scale entities, communities, etc. via face-to-face meetings or virtually

• maintain long-term customer relationships and represent StepOut in an efficient manner

• proactively look for opportunities for customer acquisition

We are looking for someone who

• has excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• has fluent Finnish and English verbal and written skills

• has social and digital selling & marketing skills

• is able to sell StepOut's offering via various methods i.e. phone calls, emails, social media, direct sales and does not hesitate to connect with existing or potential customers

• is able to identify the customers' pain points and work towards finding a solution for them

• is in the last year of Bachelors, with some background in sales and interest in growth hacking

• is confident enough to deal with the challenges

• is quality and detail-oriented when it comes to external communication

• is well-organized, efficient, adhering to deadlines

• has the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment as well as take initiatives independently

• is passionate about the idea of incorporating fitness and recreational activities into daily routines and empowering independent trainers
