A full-time marketing intern position awaits you offering the opportunity to work collaboratively as well as freely use your own expertise & skills to create engaging content, attract users and maintain StepOut's brand image.

Your key responsibility will be to

• get together with our team and contribute towards creating a unique and successful marketing strategy

• maintain an attractive social media presence of the company and increase engagement

• attracting users with various marketing techniques

• promote StepOut's values and mission

We are looking for someone who

• can produce engaging marketing content on a daily basis (visual content, posters, ad videos, writing posts, blogs)

• is creative and has an eye for detail

• has marketing graphic designing skills (photography and cinematography knowledge is a plus)

• has the knowledge of using various content creation tools (some, if not all) such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects or other similar tools.

• has fluent English communication and writing skills and basic knowledge of Finnish

• is in the last year of Bachelors with some sort of a background in marketing and content creation

• is familiar with the on-going trends

• is passionate about the idea of incorporating fitness/recreation related activities into daily routines

• is well-organized, efficient and adhering to deadlines

• is able to give and receive feedback

• can work collaboratively as well as take initiatives independently

• has a positive attitude towards challenges and is ready to try out new things
