About the opportunity

We are looking for an early-stage team member to work with a CEO as a right hand. 

That means that you will be in the middle of the action, solving all kinds of possible problems daily, keeping our objectives in mind and things on track. 

So what would you be really doing?

Business development, partner relationships, fundraising, product development, marketing, and recruiting...  We make sure that there is a learning experience every single day.

This is a really unique position to join a VC-funded startup early on. We do not expect you to know our domain, but we trust you align with our mission. Founders are experts in their field and have been solving-knowledge work problems for years.

What we are looking for

The most important thing we hope from you is being agile, smart, and innovative to solve problems on matters you have never heard of before. In a startup, this happens every day, and the pace is fast. Experience from a high-performing team (startup, product, strategy,..) would be a significant plus. 

• Strong desire to learn fast and to commit to building a high-growth startup company.

• Tip-top verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to take the initiative and execute multiple things and prioritize.

• You can create sense and consensus from the mess of information.

• Excellent skills in managing uncertainty.

• Must have an understanding of how startups work.

• Master of Science, or similar, in Business or Industrial Engineering (or soon-to-be graduated)

• We're looking for a person with 1-2+ years of experience (internships etc.)

• EU working permit

Our office is located in Espoo, Otaniemi A Grid (www.agrid.fi). Most of our team is in a remote model right now.
