To support our continued growth, we are looking for a profile that is passionate about working with search and recruitment. In Proper, employees are at the very core of our success and we expect to grow significantly in the coming years - both in Denmark and internationally.
We are looking for a recruiter who will be part of our full cycle recruitment, from identifying and attracting potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The team is currently a one-man band (Hi, my name is Henrik and I am writing this job post), so you will be a significant part of the team and have a large influence on the processes and the way we source and hire. Ultimately, the responsibilities are to ensure that Proper attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish – including hands-on recruitment activities from A-Z Work with employer branding activities, proactively identifying and attracting talent
Identify and contribute to the development of new processes and tools to continuously raise the bar
Collaborate with Hiring Managers on a regular basis to proactively identify future hiring needs and provide training as needed, e.g. within interviewing and contract negotiation
Promote a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process (from the moment they apply until they are on board or turned down)
Assist in designing and implementing Propers overall recruitment strategy based on best practices - and make sure they are applied through the entire recruiting process
The ideal recruiter holds a relevant academic background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. Furthermore, we hope you can tick of the following:
Minimum 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally tech startup/scaleup or recruiting agency
Experience with talent sourcing techniques, including boolean search on LinkedIn
Skilled in conducting different types of interviews (behavioral, competency-based etc.)
BSc or MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Is a strong communicator (verbal and written) with a hands-on and creative approach to recruitment
Tech savvy and knows your way around HR tech products
Fluent in both oral and written Danish and English. Knowledge of other languages is a major advantage
Experience in negotiating warrant agreements as part of compensation packages.
If you have experience hiring software engineers, it is a major plus. The most important thing for us, is that you are enthusiastic about the world of recruiting and thrive on executing.
