We're looking for a Commercialization Manager to help grow our customer base and help shape our global commercial strategy.
VoiceBoxer is a company revolutionizing the language services by making web communications multilingual thanks to live simultaneous interpretation provided by professionals. We have experienced unprecedented growth recently as more and more customers are migrating to our service to host their meetings, conferences and webinars online, and we are now looking for an ambitious manager to join the team. You will be managing the sales team to generate and convert prospects that engage with the VoiceBoxer platform, as well as define and refine the overall commercial strategy.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a professional who can harness and fuel our recent explosive revenue growth to evolve an overall strategy for international expansion. We seek a candidate who can create innovative ways of doing and driving business via commercial plans and processes that support our digital-world and solutions business. The Commercialization Manager plays an integral role in the development of commercial opportunities, both large and small. The ideal candidate has a track record in using insights in online communication, branding and user behaviour into effective B2B campaigns, traffic-generating activities, and traffic conversion. This person will thoroughly understand the markets in which VoiceBoxer operates.
Our ideal candidate:
7+ years of experience within Sales and Marketing, with 2+ years in a people leadership/management role
Fluency in English both spoken and written
Ability to plan, implement, and monitor activities pertaining to company expansion and growth
Excellent leadership skills and interpersonal abilities
Has a passion for online and digital solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar
Based in Copenhagen, Denmark

Our global customer base is always growing, and language skills are greatly valued. Fluency in French, Spanish, Arabic or other languages is a strong plus
Experience within the Language Services industry is a plus
Involvement with various levels of online event management
Knowledge about web-based software, specifically online conferencing and webinar solutions
Responsibilities
Create and oversee the commercialization process to expand current company growth
Manage company profile and community outreach
Manage RFPs and tenders for core and related services
Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new large contracts
Strengthen channel partner relationships
Oversee the marketing and SoMe efforts to drive lead generation and evaluate their effectiveness
Create marketing assets for use in direct campaigns and internal communications
Analyze insights and update practices and processes to maximize effectiveness
