Moonboon is a fast-growing company that produce and sell high quality baby products.

We are looking for a German Country Manager. Your primary role will be to research and analyze the German market and provide relevant information to secure Moonboon’s growth in Germany.

Our team is small and dedicated and you will work closely with relevant team members when solving your tasks.

You will be responsible for our outward communication in Germany and be in charge of developing an innovative, fully sketched out annual plan designed to generate overall brand awareness for Moonboon Baby Studio in Germany.

You will be handling all German customer service until we reach a point where we can hire a fulltime customer service employee.

SPECIFIC JOB TASKS:

-       Market research - including research of regulatory environment, research and analysis of competitors, customer segmentation etc.

-       Business insights and action recommendations

-       Influencer marketing

-       Manage all German social media content in collaboration with our graphic designer and Danish SoMe responsible.

-       Identify community outreach opportunities

-       Customer support for our German customers

-       Shopify maintenance

ABOUT YOU:

You are native German with a huge drive and a wish to be the best at what you do. You take responsibility for your areas of accountability and are proactive in your work life.

You might be in you last year of your candidate or have just finished your master within a relevant education, e.g. International Marketing and Management.

Ideally, you have knowledge about baby equipment and have experience working with customer service – though this is not a requirement.
